Tokka is one of two mutant villains in the film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Secret of the Ooze, in which they battle the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Tokka is physically performed by Kurt Bryant and voiced by Frank Welker.

OriginEdit

Once a small turtle, Tokka was mutated by the Foot Clan, who had gotten a hold of mutagen, in an effort to create their own mutant warriors.

BiographyEdit

When the Shredder gained access to mutagen, he had his men acquire some animals in order to create his own mutant army.  They brought back a small turtle and a puppy and mutagen, creating two incredible powerful mutants.  However, the Shredder was disappointed that they both had the minds of children.  Nonetheless, their raw brute power proved themselves formidable against the Ninja Turtles and Shredder named them Tokka (the turtle) and Rahzar (the dog).  The Turtles were able to defeat Tokka and Rahzar, however, and were able to revert them to their original forms.

PowersEdit

Mutant Physiology - Being a mutated turtle, Tokka has a unique turtle-like and human-like physiology similar to that of the Ninja Turtles.  This includes a hard shell covering his torso, making him more resilient to damage.

Super Strength- Due to his mutation, Tokka is unnaturally strong, even more so than the Ninja Turtles.

Super Endurance - Due both to his physical strength and the shell on his back, Tokka is able to withstand very powerful attacks from the Ninja Turtles.
