Biography

Childhood

Talia was born the daughter of Ra's al Ghul, a brilliant terrorist who intended to make the world a better place at any cost. Raised by al Ghul, Talia was trained to be a genius in a number of fields, allowing her to become a brilliant fighter and strategist to an extent that it may one day exceed Ra's skills and wisdom. Though Ra's has a general belief that men are superior to women, he came to trust and respect his daughter's judgment, allowing her to manage his operations, criminal and otherwise, and act as his second-in-command.

Encountering the Batman

At some point, Talia al Ghul was kidnapped by Dr. Darrk, the leader of the League of Assassins, a part of Ra's al Ghul's organization The Demon. Eventually, she was rescued by Batman who was trying to stop Dr. Darrk, unaware of Talia's connection to the League of Assassins. The two soon team up to stop Darrk, with Talia killing Darrk by shooting him to save Batman's life.

After this adventure, Talia fell madly in love with Batman, attracted to his strength, intelligence, and determination.
