Wally West is a superhero in the DC Universe who begain as Barry Allen's sidekick, Kid Flash, before taking the mantle for himself after Barry seemingly died. Wally West is said to be the fastest Flash.

Wally West was a boy who was covered in chemicals and struck with lightning, recreating the same accident that created the superhero The Flash. He decided to use his powers as Kid Flash, later replacing his mentor following his death.
