Captain Caveman is a superhero and the star of the animated TV series Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels.

Captain Caveman is voiced by Mel Blanc.

Unfrozen from a glacier by a crime fighting team named the Teen Angels, Captain Caveman, a caveman who was the world's first superhero, uses his powers to fight evil once more.

Captain Caveman was the world's first superhero thousands of years in the past, using various club shaped gadgets to help him out.  In his early days, he had the secret identity of Chester, an office boy, where he worked with cavewomen reporters Wilma Flintstone and Betty Rubble for a time.  He also appeared in a TV show that young Wilma and Betty (as well as their friends Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble) would watch as children, suggesting that these adventures are in seperate continuities.  At some point he ended up frozen in a block of ice for thousands of years, until he was unfrozen by the girl's detective group known as the Teen Angels.  He then joins them on their quest to solve mysteries and fights crime.  Later, he is joined by his son and sidekick, Cavey Jr.

Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels also appear as members of the athletics team the Scooby Doobies in the TV series Scooby's All-Star Laff-A-Lympics.

Captain Caveman also appears as a TV series watched by the title characters on the animated TV series The Flintsone Kids.

Later, the two appear in the animated TV series Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law to make a case for evolution being taught in classrooms.

Super Strength - Captain Caveman is inhumanly strong, capable of lifting large, heavy objects like cars and safes with relative ease (and often with one hand).

Ability to Eat Nearly Anything - Captain Caveman is also capable of eating incredibly large objects that a normal human would be unable to eat.

Skills and AbilitiesEdit

It is possible that Captain Caveman was capable of inventing his super-powered club, though it had never been established that he is the one who invented it.

Club - Captain Caveman's high tech club seems to have a seemingly endless number of uses, including: helicopter (a propellor comes out of the club to allow Captain Caveman to fly).

Captain Caveman has a strong sense of justice and is always enthusiastic to help fight evil and do good, usually after shouting his own name in a dramatic fashion.
